Job Summary:
The Urologist provides licensed medical care, including diagnosis, treatment (including surgical and pre/post-surgical care where appropriate), case management, and clinical research. The Urologist manages complex and sometimes unpredictable medical situations. The Urologist must possess proficiency in technical, clinical, and surgical skills (where applicable), as well as cognitive and interpersonal skills necessary to serve patients receiving the aforementioned services. The Urologist is expected to practice within the established standards of the Medical Center and adhere to key performance areas.
Required Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty. State licensure and DEA registration are required.
