We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Corewell Health. As a RN on our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least one year of experience in a medical-surgical setting
