We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Concessions International. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products that meet our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of vegetables, meats, seafood, poultry, and other food items for cooking according to standardized recipes.
  • Ensure all equipment, including slicers, scales, refrigeration units, and cooking equipment, is operating correctly and at the proper temperature.
  • Review daily prep lists, cooler pull lists, and prepare only what is on the list to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Organize and plan daily activities before beginning work to ensure seamless execution.
  • Wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, or other ingredients for sandwiches, salads, soups, cold plates, and garnishes.
  • Measure and mix ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, desserts, and other food products.
  • Maintain all equipment and workstations in accordance with established sanitary, operating, safety, and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Hiree must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Effective communication skills to convey information individually and in small group situations to customers and co-workers.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience. This figure includes additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
