Lakeview Estates is a daycare center in Haan that follows the concept of open pedagogy. Our focus areas include inclusion, promoting physical activity, outdoor and adventure groups, language development, and early musical education.

• Provide pedagogical support to children and assist in their personal development.
• Foster a trusting relationship with parents and colleagues.
• Plan daily activities and use creativity to inspire children to engage in new activities and offerings.

• Recognized pedagogical education, such as a state-certified educator, a degree in social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification.
• High level of resilience, responsibility, and a friendly and respectful demeanor.
• Dedication, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards the goals of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt (Workers' Welfare Association).
