Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Change water and store dish chemicals properly to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Set up and organize the dish racks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
