Key Responsibilities

In this essential role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a broad range of financial functions, including site support, monthly accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinating month-end closing activities, which encompass journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Assisting in cash flow forecasting and the development of annual operating plans.
  • Participating in physical inventories and ensuring timely completion of cycle counts.
  • Maintaining local ERP ledgers and reconciling them with financial statements.
  • Performing monthly account reconciliations and supporting corporate reporting submissions.
  • Enhancing financial reporting processes and systems for continuous improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Supervising junior accounting staff and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Contributing to special projects and analyses in collaboration with various teams.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
