We are seeking an experienced Home Care LPN to join our team at Senior Living Communities in Winston Salem, NC.

Job Summary:

This is a part-time LPN position responsible for providing direct care and compliance support for nursing services. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar healthcare position and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on resident care, administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Interact with residents, physicians, and medical personnel to ensure quality care.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Participate in in-service training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
