Join Our Nursing Team as a New Grad RN

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for newly graduated nurses to kickstart their career with our comprehensive nurse residency program.

About the Position:

The New Grad RN will participate in a 12-18 month residency program, which includes preceptorship, continuing education opportunities, and support from all angles: management, education, and peers. This program is designed to provide new grads with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the nursing profession.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the nurse residency program, including preceptorship and continuing education opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

  • Expected graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program.
  • Current BLS certification.
