Case Manager

The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Case Manager to join its Level Up program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading workshops on job readiness, providing comprehensive administrative support, and case management services to young adults. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and contribute to the organization's mission of promoting justice and equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging workshops on job readiness, resume building, and interview skills for young adults.
- Provide individualized case management services to participants, including goal setting, progress monitoring, and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand job opportunities for program participants.
- Represent the Level Up program at community events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote the program and establish partnerships.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in youth and community development.
- Proven experience in case management and administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $52,000 - $63,500.
