Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and skilled individual to join our technical team at High Performance Hospitality, which operates franchise locations for Dunkin' and Jimmy John's in Southern California. This role involves the maintenance and repair of essential equipment and facilities. While our operations are based in Vista, CA, the position requires daily travel, and candidates located in North County San Diego are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete store work orders in a timely manner and document each task using a mobile device or computer.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, adjust, install, and program food service equipment, including ice machines, coffee and espresso machines, and ovens.
- Perform various handyman tasks such as wall repairs, painting, lock replacements, light bulb changes, and appliance installations.
- Utilize both powered and non-powered tools effectively, including hammers, measuring tapes, drills, multimeters, and more.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of electrical circuits, including 120 VAC, 208/220 VAC, and 24 VDC.
- Contact OEM Tech Support for troubleshooting assistance when necessary.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Promote teamwork and respect within the workplace, displaying enthusiasm for all assignments.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area, including the company vehicle.
- Light plumbing skills and A/C refrigeration experience are advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- Willingness to work rotating weekends and overtime as needed.

- Physical capability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and perform tasks involving standing, bending, reaching, and scooping throughout shifts.
