Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to children with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and implement treatment plans for children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Deliver competent and skilled treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders, including early to intermediate proficiency in working with children who utilize or benefit from the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
  • Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals as part of the care plan.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to provide administration and billing with necessary information.
  • Document assessment and treatment consistent with professional and practice standards for timeliness and thoroughness.
  • Participate in staff meetings and/or trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited university.
  • Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
