Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our bakery team as a Packer and Baker at Sam's Club in Gardena, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked items, operating bakery equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of fresh baked items, including bread, pastries, and cakes
  • Operation of bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment
  • Inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Estimated Salary Range:

$25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
