Company OverviewThe Town of Brewster is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Town Manager's Office. This position provides critical support services to the Select Board, Town Manager, and Assistant Town Manager, serving as the primary point of contact for public inquiries and requests for information.
Salary and BenefitsThis full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $32.95 - $37.09 per hour and an excellent benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and pension.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and customer service skills, with a minimum of five years of administrative or business experience and one year of supervisory experience. The successful candidate will oversee various administrative tasks, including department attendance and payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, lease payments, and more.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe Town of Brewster requires applicants to have an Associate's Degree and relevant work experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
