Job Title: Staff Financial Analyst

LMG Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Staff Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for a range of budgetary and fiscal preparation, review, and analyses in support of our finance, planning, and analysis fiscal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial planning, budget development, variance analysis, and financial management functions.
  • Conduct financial, statistical, and analytical assessments, including financial modeling, revenue/cost forecasting, and risk/return analysis.
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation and reporting of financial reports.
  • Support the financial analysis using current and historical data to provide financial reports to understand and explain cost and revenue.
  • Support and produce fiscal feasibility analysis of new/proposed programs and projects.
  • Research and support the preparation of analyses on a variety of issues and projects involving resource management, internal cost control, and fiscal planning and projection.
  • Provide support to management in analyzing financial information, drawing conclusions, and providing recommendations.
  • Support and prepare budget and budget narratives for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process in conjunction with the Finance team and management.
  • Support and prepare project and region forecasts.
  • Assist in the design of systems for automation of financial management reports and other automated programs integrated with the primary accounting/financial system as needed.
  • Calculate, analyze, and review fiscal and budget items including direct and indirect allocations line items.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance plus 1-2 years of progressively responsible, related experience required.
  • Equivalent education and work experience will be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work well under pressure and fluctuating deadlines.
