Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Tennessee

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Physician Providers Mgmt. Corp. in beautiful Tennessee. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to practice evidence-based medicine and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a corporate health center setting, focusing on acute episodic care and some Occupational Medicine. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing preventative services, wellness coaching, chronic disease management, and acute episodic care to employees and their family members
- Collaborating with a RN Health Center Manager, 1 RN Wellness coach, and one LPN to ensure seamless patient care
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient engagement and outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records using Epic EMR
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary starting at $200,000 per year, increasing based on experience
- A generous matching 401(k) plan with a 3% match at 100% and an additional 2% at 50%
- 34 paid days off per year, increasing to 25 days after a year of employment
- CME allowance of $2,500 per 5 days for Physician
- Medical/Dental/Vision benefits with a 20% premium cost paid by the company (industry standard)
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- Board Certified by an ABMS approved Board in Primary Care/Family Medicine or Board Eligible preparing to take the Boards
- 2-3 years post-residency experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
