We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Labor and Delivery nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in Labor and Delivery nursing.

**Requirements:**

  • Current IL Registered Nurses License
  • 2-years recent L&D RN experience required
  • BLS, ACLS NRP required
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts
