Tax Director

EisnerAmper is a leading accounting, tax, and business advisory firm seeking a seasoned Tax Director to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide innovative tax solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in federal income tax consulting.
About the Role:- Research and analyze complex federal income tax issues related to operating partnerships
- Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
- Draft emails and memos to communicate tax insights to clients and colleagues
- Develop and deliver Firm-wide trainings on tax topics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive tax advisory services
- CPA or JD or LL.M (Tax) degree
- 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience dealing with operating partnerships
- Strong expertise in substantive partnership tax issues, including allocations, liabilities, capital shifts, continuations, divisions, and profits interests
- Strong proficiency in Excel and tax research databases (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint)
