Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business objectives and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, analyze, develop, and implement key business solutions that drive business objectives.
  • Deliver Quality Results: Demonstrate commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Business Problem Solving: Understand complex business problems, identify key issues, and prepare and execute a planned approach for business initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Define and obtain data collection, research, and reporting activities for assigned business initiatives. Analyze and recommend solutions for key initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter resource and advocate that implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Risk Management: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Education and Experience:
  • University/College Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Certifications in a related field are desired.
