As a skilled Nurse Anesthetist, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients of all ages, collaborating with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans for patients, adapting to their unique needs and responses.
- Document patient responses to anesthesia care in a thorough and accurate manner.
- Ensure patient safety during anesthesia care and when transferring care to other qualified healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and direct other healthcare personnel as needed.
Education: Graduate of a Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs (COA) accredited school of nurse anesthesia education.
Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner-Nurse Anesthetist in the State of Virginia, and current certification or recertification as an active, practicing nurse anesthetist as granted by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Other: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
