Mine Supervisor

As a Mine Supervisor at Landsdown Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our aggregates production operation in White Hall, Alabama. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plant employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, while maintaining high levels of quality and safety.
• Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and tracking of spare parts and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure timely repair and replacement of plant equipment.
• Actively promote a culture of safety and excellence throughout the organization, and provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the aggregates industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of aggregates production processes and equipment, including crushing, screening, and conveying systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Landsdown Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$85,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and holidays.
