Job Description
At Window World of Western Massachusetts, we're seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling installation projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for executing, managing, and monitoring projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee window, door, siding, garage door, gutter, and roofing installation projects
  • Communicate and support field crews to ensure project workflow and quality of work
  • Review jobs to ensure scope of work and details are discussed and clear
  • Communicate with all levels of leadership, management, employees, customers, foremen, and field crews on project matters and proactively solve project challenges
  • Provide technical advice to field teams to assist with project challenges
  • Respond to project work delays, emergencies, and other unforeseen project-related challenges
  • Understand and follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient with computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft and Apple products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels in the organization, customers, and vendors
  • Valid driver's license + clean driving record
  • OSHA 10
  • DOT Certification
