This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and staff while advancing your own career.

The one-week externship program is designed to equip new graduate nurses with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in intensive patient care. You will participate in comprehensive training, covering nursing protocols, interventions, and best practices in caring for patients with complex needs. You will also engage in hands-on training to develop your technical skills and receive guidance from an experienced nursing supervisor.

We offer competitive rates for our new graduates, including a sign-on bonus, paid shadowing, and ongoing support. Additionally, we provide free health insurance, direct deposit, and a $100 debit card each month.

The estimated salary for this position is $40-$60 per hour, depending on location and experience. If you are a new graduate nurse looking to accelerate your career, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and build your skills in intensive patient care.
