Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeper at Extended Stay America. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be physically fit to perform the demands of the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms to the highest standards
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and amenities as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management
  • Assist guests with requests and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must
