We are currently looking for a qualified Cyber Warfare Specialist to join our team at Northrop Grumman in Suffolk, Virginia. As a member of our Joint Staff J7, Joint Training, Deployable Training Division (DTD), you will be responsible for providing individual, staff, and collective joint training to enhance the operational effectiveness of the current and future joint force.

About the Role

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert and trainer in cyber operations in joint, multinational, interagency, and globally integrated exercises and operations. You will integrate into, contribute to, and provide functional continuity in the DTD's Fires and Effects Section, which consists of military Observer Trainers (OTs) and contractor Analyst Trainers (ATs) providing training and observation in Fires and Targeting, Cyberspace Operations, Space Operations, Public Affairs, Integrated Air and Missile Defense, and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE).

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of cyber operations and experience at the operational level
  • Ability to work on-site in Suffolk, Virginia
  • Willingness to travel worldwide, to include areas considered hazardous duty (up to 25% of the time)
  • Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance once aboard

Estimated Salary Range: $73,300 - $109,900
