As a key member of our surgical team at Della Infotech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for maintaining a sterile field, setting up equipment, and assisting the surgeon with instruments and supplies.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a sterile field in the operating room
- Set up equipment and prepare for surgical procedures
- Assist the surgeon with instruments and supplies
- Prepare patients for transport out of the operating room
- Clean and maintain the operating room
- Recent experience (within 2 years) in an acute hospital operating room
- BLS (AHA) certification
- NBSTSA certification
- Ability to work on call, including 4-5 shifts per month
