About the Role

Cushing Terrell is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable landscape designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site analysis and develop landscape plans that integrate engineering elements and meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure design criteria are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Prepare and revise drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for land development and construction projects.
  • Inspect landscape installations to ensure compliance with specifications and advise clients and construction personnel.
  • Administer construction contracts and conduct on-site observations to monitor compliance with plans.
  • Prepare studies and reports to support project coordination and client relationships.
Requirements
  • Accredited professional degree in Landscape Architecture or related field of study.
  • 5+ years of design experience in landscape architecture.
  • Professional licensure required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, and other software prevalent in the landscape architecture industry.
  • Strong written, verbal, visual, and graphic communication skills.
  • Ability to work in various roles on diverse projects and collaborate with team members.

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 to $85,000.
