We are seeking a dedicated Security and Emergency Services (SES) Officer for our gated community. The SES Officer plays a crucial role in implementing the Security and Emergency Services Programs, which encompass Security, Emergency Medical Response, Safety/Life Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and Prevention/Outreach.

Key Requirements:
Must possess Emergency Medical Responder certification or a higher qualification.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Working Hours: 7pm - 7am

Your Impact:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, provide staffing relief for the gatehouse, and respond to both emergency and routine service calls.
  • Enforce traffic and parking regulations effectively.
  • Address calls for service from dispatch and security personnel.
  • Respond to medical emergencies, delivering efficient care utilizing basic interventions as per the Emergency Response Protocols.
  • Investigate reports of missing items, theft, vandalism, and other potential criminal activities.
  • Collaborate with local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies, ensuring thorough and detailed incident reporting through our online system.
Qualifications:
  • Current Emergency Medical Responder certification (higher level certification/licensure is acceptable, but new hires must obtain EMR certification within 30 days).
  • Previous experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
