You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current and valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse issued by the State of California.
- BCLS certification upon hire and maintenance of current certification.
- IV certification upon hire.
- Minimum one year experience in an Acute Care Medical-Surgical setting preferred.
