About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Specialist - Oncology position at Piedmont Medical Center involves providing high-quality patient care as a registered nurse on the night shift. This role requires assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients while supervising staff to ensure efficient resource management.

Responsibilities
This position assumes responsibility for direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will also supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong education background, with a graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school. A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing is preferred. Additionally, the candidate must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a profession in their state of practice. CPR certification is also required.
