YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A FIELD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Work Schedule: In this full-time role, you will work Monday through Friday, totaling 45 hours weekly, and participate in an on-call rotation for urgent maintenance requests. Your day will primarily be spent in the field, traveling to various sites to ensure our facilities are well-maintained.

Your Daily Tasks: As a Field Maintenance Technician, you will be actively engaged in addressing service requests and ensuring that our facilities, including gas stations and eateries, are functioning optimally. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing HVAC issues, repairing fuel dispensers, maintaining car wash systems, and performing a variety of general maintenance duties. You will collaborate with store managers and team members to ensure that equipment is operational and that preventive maintenance is consistently performed. Whether it involves landscaping, changing light fixtures, or coordinating with service providers for repairs, your role is vital in maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of general maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic calculations of volume, length, and weight
  • Capability to work with various units of measurement
  • Physical ability to meet job demands
  • Self-sufficient work ethic

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in HVAC troubleshooting and fuel dispenser repair
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
