Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our property management team, handling key responsibilities such as customer service, data entry, and office administration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team.
  • Responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and addressing tenant inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist with managing certificates of insurance and lease files.
  • Coordinate tenant appreciation events and communications.
Requirements and Skills
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Compensation Package

Hourly rate: $26-$29. Comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
