Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide security expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with security regulations and policies.
  • Develop and implement security plans and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the security of personnel, assets, and facilities.
  • Conduct security investigations and analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior specialists and task leads to develop and implement security strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company's security posture remains strong.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-6 years of experience in security, including 2+ years in a DoD/IC environment.
  • General knowledge of security practices, including personnel, physical, and industrial security.
  • Experience in security operations, computer investigation and awareness, and security education.
  • Active U.S. Government issued TS/SCI clearance.
  • DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification within 1 year of service start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional security area.
  • Directing activities of specialists or other staff related to the specified security field or security discipline.
