About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and families, providing evidence-based therapy and support.

Responsibilities
  • Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group treatment to promote a variety of skills in a fun and naturalistic play setting
  • Build and maintain rapport with family members, providing parent education to help increase therapy carryover
  • Record objective data to reflect client progress toward goals in daily SOAP notes, complete evaluations and reevaluations
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
  • Collaborate with MeBe employees and outside professionals
  • Manage a full-time caseload (lower billable requirement for CF with a built-in weekly supervisor meeting)
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and State Licensure (RPE license) required
  • Professional, outgoing, warm and friendly demeanor
  • Timely, organized, dependable
  • Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate communication with outside professionals
