Job Overview
As a Front End Service Team Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing returns and refunds, and handling financial transactions. You will be the face of Walmart, greeting and thanking customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process returns and refunds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle financial transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
