Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences.
  • Prepare, garnish, and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked with all necessary products, mixers, and glassware.
  • Collaborate effectively with waitstaff to fulfill drink orders promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and service stations.
  • Process all drink and food orders accurately in the POS system, handle payments, and reconcile receipts following established cash handling protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous bartending experience is essential.
  • Willingness to work during evenings and weekends.
