Donation Attendant

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a highly skilled Donation Attendant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively process donations through our Kaizen system.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and recording donations
• Sorting and processing donations
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Complying with Kaizen guidelines and principles

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds
