Job Summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively during your shift
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Complete daily paperwork and reports
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
