Responsibilities

Our in-house legal team is expanding, and we are seeking experienced Insurance Defense attorneys to enhance our service offerings.
About Our Office:
Located in a vibrant area, our office supports a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote and in-office work. Your onboarding will equip you to manage cases independently, guiding them from initiation to resolution in an insurance defense context.
Successful candidates will exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to handle all phases of a case, from initial response to trial, while delivering exceptional client service. Ideal attorneys will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency with technology.



Qualifications
  • Experience in Insurance Defense is preferred, with a background in 1st or 2nd chair trial work.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas and good standing with the bar is required.
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited institution with strong academic credentials.
  • Proficient in technology for managing lawsuits and courtroom presentations.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

New Graduate Qualifications: New law graduates must be preparing for the Texas bar exam. Experience in mock trials or trial advocacy is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, and writing samples may be requested.
