Job Description

Bobcat of CT is seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex construction equipment, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and repair complex construction equipment, including Bobcat Loaders, Excavators, and Track Loaders.
  2. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues.
  3. Use advanced diagnostic tools to test vehicle components and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet customer deadlines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanic or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of shop equipment and tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
