Role Summary:We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Machine Operator to oversee our automated welding and metal forming machinery during the 3rd shift. In this role, you will be tasked with the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency while adhering to stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure automated welding and metal forming machines according to specific job requirements.
- Execute production tasks to achieve daily output goals while maintaining quality benchmarks.
- Perform quality assessments throughout and following production cycles.
- Carry out rework and minor repairs to uphold product integrity.
- Accurately interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance machine functionality and production flow.
- Adhere to safety regulations consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a Machine Operator, especially with automated welding and metal forming equipment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong focus on detail and quality assurance.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Mechanical skills for troubleshooting and performing minor repairs.
