Lease Accountant

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lease Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing our consolidated lease portfolio, ensuring compliance with ASC and international statutory rules.

• Reconcile lease accounting records with payments generated by various divisions
• Prepare and record entries to proper accounts in the General Ledger
• Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
• Develop and implement recordkeeping and accounting systems
• Perform long-term asset impairment analyses

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience
• CPA designation a plus
• Strong foundation in US GAAP
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

• Excellent analytical skills and process-oriented thinking
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to independently problem-solve and recommend improvements
