Compensation: $19.00 per hour + $1.50 shift differential
Role PurposeThe primary responsibility of this position is to operate power equipment for the efficient loading and unloading of products. This role requires the safe movement, location, relocation, stacking, and counting of inventory.

Position Competencies- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Proficiency in using handheld RF scanning devices.
- Capability to lift 50 lbs and endure prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to twist, stoop, squat, and reach overhead.
- Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Meet established productivity benchmarks.
- Understand the stocking strategy of the assigned operations facility.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer instructions.
- Comply with Dock Safety policies.
- Conduct lift inspections prior to operation.
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Follow safety and security protocols.
- Possess knowledge of Food Safety or be willing to undergo training.
- Ensure shipments are free from errors and damages.
- Verify that products are scanned accurately and match documentation.
- Complete all paperwork accurately.
- Report product damages to management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of multiple accounts and functions within the operation.
