Job Summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Tractor Yard Switcher II CDL A to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of trailers between our docks and designated drop parking locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport trailers between docks, public roadways, and designated drop parking spaces
  • Inspect trailers for mechanical maintenance needs and potential safety hazards
  • Maintain organization of the trailer yard to ensure efficient and safe transport
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and warehouse
  • Perform other tasks as determined and requested by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
  • CDL-A (Commercial Driver's Licenses)
Preferred Qualifications
  • PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification including Pallet Jack, Forklift, Double Forklift, and Switch Tractor
Work Environment

Noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment (Hot in summer/Cold in winter)
