Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and participate in store recovery, maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Able to work effectively with peers and supervisors, with a strong ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Retail customer experience preferred.
