The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of expanding clinical and research programs, and the ability to recruit high-caliber talent into the practice. They will also be responsible for promoting high-quality care and leading a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

The Medical Director will report directly to the Director of the Division of Hematology/Oncology and work closely with the leadership team to build out the regional community cancer practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive hematology and oncology program
  • Recruit and retain high-caliber faculty and staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
