Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Sports & PT, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality patient care and assessment in accordance with established practice standards and clinic/departmental policies
• Performing patient evaluations, summarizing objective clinical findings, and developing individualized plans of care
• Providing treatment in accordance with physician's orders and established plans of care
• Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans and revising plans of care as indicated
• Communicating and collaborating with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members to promote maximum benefit of care

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• A current Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification as per state regulations
