About the Job:
We are offering a competitive salary of $83,000 per year for this full-time position. The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week with variable shifts available. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your nursing career while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: As a Registered Nurse, you will use your expertise to provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.
- Provide Education and Support: You will educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management techniques to empower them to take control of their health.
- Maintain Accurate Records: You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: You will stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Licensure and Certification: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin is required. Additionally, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
- Education: A diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- Experience: While no experience is necessary, prior experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
