RN, Registered Nurse Clinic-Cardiology-Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical and emotional evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, including medication management and education.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a cardiology setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
