We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Protouch Staffing. This is a per diem opportunity to provide compassionate care to patients in need of hospice services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a hospice setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Active IL State License
- COVID-19 Vaccine Required
