We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at LifeStance Health. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide integrated behavioral health services to children and adolescents in a pediatric primary care setting
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral struggles
  • Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in case consultations and provide expertise to pediatricians and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote mental health awareness and access to care
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and best practices in pediatric mental health
