Key Responsibilities- Provide integrated behavioral health services to children and adolescents in a pediatric primary care setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral struggles
- Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in case consultations and provide expertise to pediatricians and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote mental health awareness and access to care
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and best practices in pediatric mental health
